What does “one request at a time” mean in the Locked-In Support package?
It means we’ll complete your current task before starting the next one. This ensures each request gets our full attention and is completed efficiently. Please note that tasks are completed Monday to Friday.
How quickly will my requests be completed?
We aim to complete most small updates within 48 hours. Larger requests may take longer, but we’ll always provide an estimated timeline upfront.
What happens if I don’t use my two hours in the Stand-By Support plan?
Unused time does not roll over to the next month, so we recommend submitting updates regularly to make the most of your plan.
What happens if a plugin or update causes an issue?
We carefully test updates before applying them. If an update causes issues, we’ll troubleshoot and resolve them as part of your plan.
Can I switch between plans or cancel anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan with 30 days’ notice.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes! If your website goes down or has a critical issue, we’ll prioritise your request. Emergency rates may apply for One-Off Support users.
Will you help me if my website was built by someone else?
Absolutely! We support all WordPress websites, even if we didn’t build them. If your site is highly customised, we’ll assess compatibility before starting work.
